Sağlık hizmetlerinde istatistiğin kullanım alanları ve önemi. Veri tanımı , özellikleri ve sınıflandırılması. Frekeans dağılımlarını tanımlayıcı ölçütler. Dağılımın yaygınlık ölçüleri. Tablo ve grafik yapımı. Teorik dağılımlar.

Objective of the Course Dersin amacı ve hedefi	This course is to acquaint the second year Medical documentation and secretarial students with fundamental concepts of bio statistic, and to familiarize them with the importance bio statistic in their working and daily lives Bu ders 1.yıl Tıbbi Dokümantasyon ve Sekreterlik öğrencilerine Biyoistatistiğin temel kavramları hakkında bilgi verir ve onlara iş ve günlük yaşamlarında Biyoistatistiğin önemini tanıtır
