Course İntents Dersin İçeriği	Introduction to medical documentation, and importance of documentations. History of medical documentation. Main elements of health society and ill files archives. Archives place , budget, committee, organization and function of archives. To file, to number, and put in order of ill files. Indexes about ill, doctor, illness and surgical operation .Index systems of illness and surgical operations .Ill files’s respective direction usage of computers at ill files archives. Tıbbi dökümantasyona giriş ve dökümanların önemi. Tıbbi dökümantasyon tarihi . Sağlık kurumlarıyla hasta dosyaları arşivlerinin temel öğeleri. Arşivin yeri, bütçesi, arşiv komitesi, arşiv teşkilat ve fonksiyonları. Hasta dosyalarının dosyalanması , numaralanması, sıralanması. Hasta dosyalarının indekslenmesi. Hasta, doktor, hastalık ve ameliyat indeksleri. Hastalık ve ameliyatlara ait indeksleme sistemleri. Hasta dosyalarının hukuki yönü. Hasta dosyaları arşivlerinde bilgisayarların kullanımı

Objective of the Course Dersin amacı ve hedefi	This course is to acquaint the Medical documentation and secretary students with fundamental facts and concepts of documentation and archive knowledge and to familiarize them with the importance of knowing the fundamental principles of this field Bu ders Tıbbi Dokümantasyon ve Sekreterlik öğrencilerine Tıbbi dökümantasyon ve arşiv bilgisinin temel kavramları hakkında bilgi verir ve bu alanın temel ilkelerini aşina kılmayı hedefler
